Retail sales to Public

Individuals buying for themselves rather than for a business have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you decide to cancel your order, you will have your payment returned to your payment card within 28days of the cancellation.

Please note that the cancellation of custom orders (artworks comissioned especially for you) my incur a penalty or may not be refunded at all unless the custom item is found to be damaged/faulty.

If you need to cancel or return an item you contact us by phone on (0) 2882 246613 rather than email us as this guarantees a faster response.

Trade/Design Account Holders

As above, orders of standard stock items may be cancelled within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Refund method dependant on the original payment method.
